Quick question about plex integration
won't we always get dial tcp [::1]:32400: connect: connection refused if the vps restarts and plex doesn't start before the mount starts?
essentially plex needs to start before the rclone mount every time somehow?
if thats the case, is this what we want?
Wants=network-online.target
After=network-online.target
Unless that's the name of your plex media service file? 
I'd assume you want to change you rclone mount to happen after:
plexmediaserver.service which is normally the name of the service file on majority of Linux systems.
