What is the problem you are having with rclone?
Since a few days, the shared folders I added as shortcuts in my root folder have disappeared.
I can't list them, nor access them with any rclone command.
At first I thought it was an error in my rclone conf, so I refreshed the token, but it still doesn't work.
I noticed there was a post in the last few months about the same problem, I also tried using One Drive Client in that post and it works normally.
If I understand correctly, it's the way rclone handles the OneDrive root directory, I wonder why this problem hasn't been solved in recent months, and why it worked for me before, maybe because Microsoft rolled out their API changes for other users recently.

Which cloud storage system are you using? (eg Google Drive)

The command you were trying to run (eg rclone copy /tmp remote:tmp)
rclone ncdu <backend>:, rclone lsl <backend:>: and rclone mount,.. all doesn't shown shared folders that added as shortcuts.
Please run 'rclone config redacted' and share the full output. If you get command not found, please make sure to update rclone.
