What is the problem you are having with rclone? If I upload 1 file to google drive or dropbox the upload speeds drops. I have a gig upload speed. For example I may upload a 70gb upload 4K file that I rip from my bluray and it takes forever to upload. But when I upload 150 gb folder with multiple files, it get done in no time.
Run the command 'rclone version' and share the full output of the command.
