One drive differential partial sync

I saw a story indicating that one drive sync can now so partial file level changes rather than upload entire files. Can rclone take advantage of this? Is the public api capable?

  • OneDrive now supports differential syncing.
  • The feature has OneDrive only sync changes to files, rather than uploading the entire file again.
  • Differential syncing should be available now on all OneDrive platforms.

It isn't mentioned in the API docs here as far as I can see
