New To Rclone and need help!

Hi
I am doing usenet and plex. I have an unlimited google account and want to use rclone. They are so many different posts. Is there a good tutorial on how to do this ? With startup scripts etc? I am on an ubuntu 16.04 server. Any suggestion or hints for a newbie?
