Need to copy the latest files and also need to replace files if file already exist

Hi All,

Here I want to copy the latest files from source to destination and also if any files already exist need to overwrite or replace the file.

I am in need a rclone sample command to do this activity.

as that seems to be what you want.

You need to share a bit more of how you want to decide what to overwrite.
