I was pleasantly surprised to see the new ‘serve dlna’ option on v.1.46 but can’t get it to work.
I thought it would be dead easy —> rclone serve dlna remote:
and although it appears to run without any errors on the terminal,
the server doesn’t appear to get advertised on the network (or at least none of my players see it)
I quickly fired up serviio (which I had used in the past), and serviio is successfully detected and available both from my LG smart TV and a LibreELEC/kodi machine (so I can confirm this is not a problem of a misconfigured router/network)
Has anyone successfully used the dlna feature yet?
