Mount without root access?

Is it possible to mount without root access?

If FUSE is already installed then no root is needed, however you need root if you want to install FUSE.

I think fuse is already installed.

I get this error when I try to mount:

2017/02/18 22:08:20 mount helper error: fusermount: failed to open /etc/mtab: Permission denied

Silly me it seems regardless of this error, rclone mounted fine. I didnt check!
