i know this place really diffrent from microsoft web page 
i just wonder about your exp. can i raise my sharepoint api request limit ?
example sharepoint 2 plan more expensive then sharepoint plan 1. maybe sharepoint plan 2 has more api request limits ? or maybe microsoft selling api request ? example 10.000 api request 1 usd. like that.
