I have gone through:
so after "n" and "remote" I get
46 / seafile
\ (seafile)
As last option
HOW do I add another option
I tried typing the below with the following results:
Storage> 47 / Mega
Bad remote "47 / Mega": didn't find backend called "47 / Mega"
or
Bad remote "47 / Mega \ "mega"": didn't find backend called "47 / Mega \ "mega""
It must be something simple i am overlooking
Currently no other shares mapped
What is your rclone version?
$ rclone --version
I can guess that very old:) Uninstall it and install the latest one.
Then try again.
I found this but it might as well be in chinese to me:
July 2020: the reason that the mega backend is disabled is simple: the package "GitHub - t3rm1n4l/go-mega: A client library in go for mega.co.nz storage service" is not available in Debian, therefore I cannot enable that backend.
As soon as t3rm1n4l/go-mega is available as a Debian package, the mega backend can be enabled.
Surely that should be ok now
Linux Mint 22.1 Xia \n \l
RClone 1.60.1+dfsg-3ubuntu0.24.04.2
Again, remove the installed package.
Install from rclone site as that's how it works.
We can't control Debian and don't maintain the package. Don't use a package manager with rclone.
Any suggestions as to from where?
Thanks
