Linux - how to get bandwidth used by rclone

looking for a command to get the bandwidth used per run of rclone.

for timing - there is time rclone lsd remote:

is there an equivalent command for bandwidth?

Easily? Not really as nethogs isn’t bad for short term.

Bandwidth per process is tough.

iftop is not bad and iptraf if you want to play a bit.
