Limit uplooad to 750gb per day with gdrive

I remember bofre i found a there was an option to limit upload with rclone to 750gb pr day. i cant find this now.

the reason that i dont want to limit whats added to my rclone mount is that i have 20tb local cache drive on my mount so if there is 10tb added in one day everyting will be added and synced to gdrive in the next days coming? is this possible still?
