What is the problem you are having with rclone?
cant seem to mount jotta drive to windows

looks like the mount command is working
if you have a problem, need to post the full debug output.

when i put that command in the drive shows up but when i closed CMD the drive disappears

correct, that is how the rclone mount
works.
one of many workarounds is --no-console
im wanting the drive to stay tho. it used to stay there when i previously closed cmd

well, that is not how rclone mount
command works.
to run in the background, read about --no-console
or
use start rclone mount ...
, or task scheduler or nssm.
very strange, il look into it strange tho when i did this command last week the drive X stayed there when i mounted it. no to worry
