thanks for the replies i'll try to use --vfs-read-chunk-size 1M and see what happens
I use the new scanners since beta 
for me too it was only taking a few minutes, but i have renamed all the series folders and all movies folders so i has to do a full analysis again 
we will see how it goes once the ban lift
