Is there a way to merge duplicate folders and files even with Insufficient Permissions?

I'm using Auto Rclone to copy a large number of files, and in my tests with the program I made some folders and duplicate files, and using service accounts, the copied file belongs to a service account, so I can't use Dedupe.

Is there a way to remove this service accounts ownership, or merge these folders?

Can you paste the errors you are getting? Is it the server side move that causes the problem or the removing the empty directory after merging?
