What is the problem you are having with rclone?

i want to copy from onedrive business to another .
So. is that any option for severside like google drive?

all remote specific server-side commands are pretty much legacy and should be removed from documentation. There is only one flag to rule them all -server-side-across-configs which you can use either on google drive or onedrive or any other remote.

But always test first before running some big operations.

Are engseries03: and engseries02: part of the same account? Using the same username and password?

no is difference sir ..
but it same organization sir...

can user of engseries03: write file to engseries02:? Probably not - so server-side copy can not work.

server-side means copy/move files within the same "account" - there is no magic that I have onedrive abd can write file to your onendrive.

Now as it is onedrive you can simply share folder between accounts and then copy to local onedrive storage - there is no need for rclone.
