Install nginx and Rclone

I need your advice , please.
is It possible to install rclone with nginx?
My server has nginx reverse proxy installed. it point to another webserver on the same machine.
for example:
if I request https://www.mysite.com nignx get request from 443 and "redirect it" to port 5000
but Rclone works on port 443... Is it feasible?

What are you trying to accomplish? Run the rclone traffic through a proxy server?

I've installed a webservice "back" to cloudflare. The niginx get request from 443 and redirect it to webservice. I'm not sure if proxy and rclone annoy each other
