Improve stats output to be more friendly to use with scripts

The older version from rclone generate the output like velow:

2017/08/15 13:36:25 INFO  :

And the latest:

2018/10/04 11:06:13 INFO  :
Transferred:             0 / 0 Bytes, -, 0 Bytes/s, ETA -
Errors:                 0
Checks:                 1 / 1, 100%
Transferred:            0 / 0, -
Elapsed time:        1.8s

Would be interesting create some option to generate a output more friendly to read the log file and can do something.
