What’s the speed of your connection? Do you have the internet speed to actually stream these files?
You only have parts of the log shared and not the full log so it’s just guessing without all of the log.
From what I see, rclone looks fine and pulling data well.
What’s your player? Are you using subs? Is it direct playing or transcoding in Plex? Are you wired or wireless?
wired, direct play, roku ultra/smart tv Samsung, 1gbps download speed. no subs
You may want to turn off Direct Play so it Direct Streams instead of Direct Plays.
Seems like the Roku client likes to request chunks and opens and closes the file a lot based on your logs.
