How to rclone copy as dummy files

Hello,
So my google suite will be expiring soon and will be deleted. It has tons of TB's that I will never be able to backup locally. I have learned to accept that. I would like to, however, make a backup of the directories / files names, but for the files to only be dummy copies (0 KB files with the same name as the original file). Can this be done with any rclone copy parameters?
