I have folder in my google drive. inside the folder there is multiple files. is there any command available which can generate the links of the files of that folder and give output using "Foldername"?

I don't think there is any magic here or than writing a script and looping through all your items. rclone link is per file so you'd have to loop through per file to achieve it.
