How to generate Mega folder public link?

can we generate mega folder public shared link? i tried following command, getting links but link showing file does not exist. i using windows 7 and rclone 1.57.0

rclone link Mega:abc
https://mega.co.nz/#!eok2SKJZ!aM6a5nUToPM2WR7cfHh4YQ
