Hello guys, as per title may i know how to fix this on Windows 10?

Under Windows, instead of specifying a mount point ~/mnt/gdrive you use a drive letter, eg Q:.

Btw, if i close the command prompt my mount drive also gone. So i need to keep rclone command prompt open and running?

Yes you need to keep it running. Or investigate one of the ways of running it as a service.
