Hi there @Animosity022
My name is Paco from Madrid.
I want to connect to my 2TB Google Drive and I am also facing the same issue as @asdffdsa jojothehumanmonkey
I have a local box with Virtualmin and I want to store my /mysqlbackup and /wwwbackup folder on my 2TB Gdrive but I also have a Ubuntu 20.4 server distro running. So when I configure the rclone config it ask me also to open a webpage to autenticate. which is not available.
Which steps can I take to connect and autenticate my credendials on Gdrive 2TB?
Hoping to hear from you again.
Regards,
Paco
Hi there.
Using this video I managed to access my 2TB Gdrive and i just started to copy files onto my designated root folder. I via another browser I can see the contents there.
So I think it works now.
No my next step is to create a cron (on virtualmin) to sync new files onto the gdrive.
To you have a small script which I can setup to start syncing my MYSQL and WWW folder please?
Hoping to hear from you.
Regards,
Paco
hi, please start a new topic, as your ask is not the same as the OP.
try
rclone mkdir test:test
rclone lsd test:
are you using a free gdrive account, individual paid account, Google Apps/G-suite account or what???
as far as i know, when using a free/individual account.
a service account can only see it owns dir/files.
a remote, using that service account, cannot see the other dir/files in the root of gdrive.
GSUITE - main account (one user)
ok, not sure about that type of account with one user.
tho, not sure you replied to this
I showed that I delegated to this application access to the data in the domain.
Here again more visual

Can someone help?
