How to add new SFTP remote

Hi there,

I’m very new to this. I’m on Mac. I try to add my seedboxes’ SFTP to rclone and got stuck at the “SSH password” part. here’s the screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/sTS5HHy.jpg what is the password here? sorry I really don’t know what to enter here, and when i don’t enter anything and press enter I’m stuck with these things that I have no idea about.

Do you use a password or an ssh key normally?

If you use a password, say y here and enter the password

SSH password, leave blank to use ssh-agent.
y) Yes type in my own password
g) Generate random password
n) No leave this optional password blank
y/g/n> y

If not then say n.

Just press enter at the enable use of aes128 cipher question.
