What is the problem you are having with rclone?

I copied not encrypted file from my local storage to Google Drive.
Then noticed it didn't encrypted so erased file in Google Drive.
Then entered same command but it didn't work. it seems rclone skipping progress.
How can I reorganize? recheck? Google drive not to skipping process.

Linux 64bit (Qnap NAS)

Which cloud storage system are you using? (eg Google Drive)

Sorry I change it
I don't know config contents with secrets removed? so left it empty.

There is no file on google drive (I erase it) but Rclone seems recognize file so skip copy process.
