Has dropbox changed anything? download does not work anymore

I have since today the problem that I can’t download anything from dropbox anymore I also updated to the latest beta this morning but without success I haven’t changed anything. the upload continues without any problems

the download works via the website but not via rclone about rclone works only mount and list!

Maybe is a restriction of the api, for your account
