    Initial commit - some small parts working

It has been a long journey since "some small parts working" - it like to say that it is 100% working but I think the GitHub issues might disagree!

Thank you all for being along for the ride - it has been a lot of fun - and thank you for helping me keep the slightly stroppy 14 year old rclone in check!

Congratulations on 14 years of an amazing program. Now if only I could talk the security folks at my campus into allowing it for OneDrive/Sharepoint :slight_smile:
