is it necessary to have a Google Service Account Credentials JSON file for Google Drive? I think this JSON file is only accessible for Google Cloud Storage.

no. only if you are accesssing gdrive using a service account, then you need a json file.

Service Account Credentials JSON file path - needed only if you want use SA instead of interactive login.
