Well I can say, it has good file caching system, because after 7h30m my TV Show library finished scanning and analyzing.
It’s 238 Show contains of almost 17016 and it even barely used API call.
You can try to increase or decrease the buffer size / chunk size for smooth playback.
Yes the indexing performance is not the best but it should prevent api bans.
