I haven't noticed any problems with downloading, but uploading to Google Drive is very critical.
I use Cotabo (my machine is located in Canada) and initially I'm experiencing slowdowns.
I asked Codex to analyze and tell me when this started, and it seems to have been since October 4th.
The slowdown is only in uploading to Drive; everything else, like media downloads and streaming, is normal.
