is there anyone can help me?

Looks like you have a firewall or something closing out your connection.

thanks for your kindly reply, but I closed all firewall, the problem still be not solved.

What operating system are you using?
rclone version shows what?

You want to open a firewall and make sure nothing is blocking it like your router or what not.

operation sys: windows 10
rclone:v1.48.0-windows-amd64

Windows Firewall / Virus / Malware - need to figure out what's blocking rclone connection's out.

would you like to teach me how figure out the blocking, thx a lot!

I haven't used a Windows machine in many years and unfortunately don't know what you have installed on your machine. I'd use this to allow an application through.

thanks and appreciate your help
