Google drive copy to same account day limit?

Hi, i'm new to use Rclone.
i have a question about google drive copy.
I'm try to copy my files from my team drive to my drive and other team drive. will it using the 750gb/day limit?

The source has a download limit and the destination has an upload limit so if you copy from source to destination, you use those limits.

i just got an new issue. when i try to use WebUI. first time i use it doesn't need to login but second time it need me to login but i have no idea what is the user name and password.

Is the same google account will it cost the limit?

It's all about what account is being used. The account being used is impacted by the action that it is happening.
