Google Drive and Photos at the same time?

Hi, I'm new to rclone. I want to upload photos from local drive to Google Drive and also to Google Photos. Similar to the way that GoogleDriveDesktop app works, it allows uploading once but having photos appear in both places (as files as well as in the photos web site). Is it possible to do with rclone? Would appreciate some hint on how to achieve that.

Also, my plan is to delete the photos from the local disk whenever they are uploaded. Is there a way to do that as well?

You can make a union remote and include both.
You can run two commands and upload to each sequentially.

Google Photos has a ton of rate limits though.
