Google auto encoded transcoded files Python Script Or Rclone New Update?

Hi i wanted to know is there a way to download transcoded vids uploaded to google drive i want to download the 4k vids i uploaded into 720p. i have seen post on it so i was wondering did any one create a python script to get download links also this link shared in other post is down so cannot make my own

use rclone mount and whatever any transcoder tool you want.
