Just to let you know:
Koofr(.eu) implemented Koofr Vault a few months back which they claim to be 100% rclone compatible (actually it was "an rclone implementation") with rclone encryption.
Maybe it helps some of you to implement private web access to encrypted rclone repos or even someone can provide a generic WebUI for accessing encrypted repos.
