FTP and WebDAV problems with cPanel

What is the problem you are having with rclone?

FTP and WebDAV with cPanel aren't working

Run the command 'rclone version' and share the full output of the command.

rclone v1.59.2

  • os/version: debian 11.5 (64 bit)
  • os/kernel: 4.19.0-17-amd64 (x86_64)
  • os/type: linux
  • os/arch: amd64
  • go/version: go1.18.6
  • go/linking: static
  • go/tags: none

Which cloud storage system are you using? (eg Google Drive)

FTP and WebDAV

The command you were trying to run (eg rclone copy /tmp remote:tmp)

rclone copy -P remote:location location

Getting those errors, the server is working fine with any client except rclone (sorry)

Transfer aborted. Link to file server lost
150 3.969 seconds (measured here), 63.77 Mbytes per second

Ended up using wget, getting 3x-5x times faster speed. TIRED!

Can you share you config file? Debug log of the command?

No, please test it yourself

Good luck then as if you don't want to help yourself, we can't help you.

It's fine, and thanks for deleting my message in the other thread~

You are very welcome.

The reason we ask for the information is to for a few things:

  1. We can't recreate it without a config as we don't know what you've got setup
  2. We ask for a log file so when we spend our time to recreate your issue, we can see if we can get the same results and it's repeatable

It's like walking into the doctor's office and stating you are sick and telling the doctor to figure it out. If you use the resources we have and fill in the items, people end up volunteering to help your fix your issue on their own time. It's much easier than fighting with the person trying to help you.

I really don't need to explain why the other post was removed and wasn't on topic and insulting and not tolerated.
