The forum server is moving hosts today.
I'm going to put it read only in a few moments and do the transfer.
Hopefully it will be all done by 12:00 UTC today!

There was a small glitch with outgoing mail notifications but that should be fixed now!
I might be experiencing that glitch; please see my post here. Yet, the problem at issue - viz., I am not receiving email notifications - may antedate the server move.
