Fixing Nextcloud 413 Request Entity Too Large errors

I know this is not an rclone issue but I can't find out how to solve it anywhere else on the web. Using webdav and nextcloud I keep getting this error with files >1GB:

I think I need ti edit some Nextcloud config files but nobody seems to say where these files are stored. Has anyone else worked out how to solve this issue?

It might do if it mentioned where the files you need to edit can be found.
