Fatal error: unknown flag: --vfs-read-ahead

Having the following error
"Fatal error: unknown flag: --vfs-read-ahead"

rclone v1.50.2
fusermount version: 2.9.9

  • os/arch: linux/amd64
  • go version: go1.13.6
  • ubuntu 20.04

do i need to update fuse above 3.0 manually for this to work ? thanks

that error is from rclone, not fuse

the latest version of rclone is v1.55.0.
you can update here
