Failed to copy: HTTP error 400

Prod Keys + Title Keys 14.0.zip: Failed to copy: HTTP error 400 (400 Bad Request) returned body: "<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>\nInvalidArgumentInvalid Argument

I'm getting an error in only 2 files inside the folder I'm copying, I'm using the --links flag in my command

I believe the error is happening because both files have the + symbol in their names, since they are the only ones that give an error, is there a flag to get around it and be able to copy?

my command

rclone copy --ignore-checksum --ignore-existing --transfers 10 --checkers 20 --links --progress --http-no-head "remote:Switch-Backups" "remote:switch_202306" --config "C:\Users\George\AppData\Roaming\rclone\rclone.conf"

https://rclone.org/overview/#encoding

I couldn't understand

rclone isn't recognizing 7z either, and I don't know how to get around this, can you help me?

when you posted, there was a template of questions for you to answer??

on that page you sent there is no encoding option for + and 7z

I wanted to know because I couldn't find it

how do i make rclone accept

encoding='UTF-8'?>
