hello , i have a 90gb zip file on my dropbox, is it possible to extract it using rclone ?

No, rclone doesn't have a zip backend.
hello and welcome to the forum,
i extract files from .7z files in the cloud, all the time.
use rclone mount to make dropbox remote act like local storage.
then use whatever unzip local tool, command line or gui, like 7zip.'
what operating system are you using?
