Execute command on reboot

i need this command to run when i reboot i am very new to Linux and i looked so long on google but can't make it working

command : rclone --vfs-cache-mode writes mount seedbox: ~/onedrive

note : i am running v1.61.1

OS : Linux 20.04

You'd want to google service accounts and use systemd.
