ERROR 403 downloadQuotaExceeded

Hi

i use the latest version of rclone on a windows 10 PC

i want copy a shared-drive to my Gsuite Mydrive

the shared drive is 300GB big

i created my own API key

when i beginn to copy i get error 403 downloadQuotaExceeded

what do i wrong?
