After creating new credentials both for web app and for desktop app,
when supplying root_folder_id 1pykhRnBDwK3Sq4TNl2P9gGMsUTTpziVr, rclone config give me back an url for Log in and authorize rclone for access
But when try to access this url from any browser (chrome,safari,firefox), i Get this error message:
Error de autorización
Error 400: invalid_request
No puedes iniciar sesión en esta aplicación porque no cumple con la política OAuth 2.0 de Google destinada a mantener seguras las aplicaciones.
Puedes decirle al desarrollador que su aplicación no cumple una o varias reglas de validación de Google.

Thanks for advice.
Just needed to issue the command "rclone config reconnect hole3-gdrive:" and all works fine again.
No need to upgrade, because i need to work with these versions.
