If you have a bad file, no post needed. Reupload the file causing that you see creating the EOF if that's the issue. There's nothing else to do for that.
Oh okay. Is there a command to pull the file from the cloud to local storage so I can reupload?
The crux of the problem is your file on the cloud side is broken.
If you download it and reupload, you are repeating the problem.
You need to delete it from the cloud side and upload a new version.

like 5000 files are getting those errors. seems unlikely all those files are corrupt when I can play them in plex without any issues.
I really can't see your screen so have no idea without detailed information.
We keep going round and round here as you keep giving the smallest snippets of detail and expect some magical fix.
You've changed a bazillion things, shared no specifics on what was changed so I'm really not sure.
If you are getting the EOF on the single snippet you've posted, that's generally the issue. If you are getting lots of IO timeouts, that's more a networking thing.
If you have a problem, you gotta share everything listed so we can figure it out.
Pick one thing / one file.
