Empty directories

Been trying to find out (before I do a test) how Rclone handles empty directories. Will they be created by default and if so is there a way to filter out empty directories. This specifically is for Google Photo, but maybe its the same for all destinations (i dont want hundreds of empty albums).

Copy and sync will not create them, unless this option is set:

--create-empty-src-dirs   Create empty source dirs on destination after copy
