Dropbox to S3(AWS)

Hey, I'm pretty new to data transfers and rcloud.I'm trying to transfer around 4TB of images and videos from a dropbox to S3 but I'm trying to find if theres a free way to do it from a virtual computer? I've used my pc to do it locally but thats inefficient as it took 20 hours just to transfer 250GB.

I tried using EC2 but the cheap options are extremely slow and will take a very long time and money

welcome to the forum,

that is a type of storage, not a provider?
what is the name of the provider, aws, wasabi, idrive or what?

Its AWS, the company I intern for wants it there

aws s3 storage is very expensive, as compared to other providers.

i would think EC2 would be the good choice.
why is that slow? a limit of the ec2 plan or because transfer out of dropbox is slow?

i have been using a bunch of hetzner cloud vm for 5+ years now.
you could test them.

Yeah EC2 would be great but the cheaper plans there dont process the data at all and the actually good ones are kinda pricey
