Does server side copy require content manager?

Hi, I’m trying to use server side copy from one team drive to another however on the source drive I am only a viewer.

rclone copy union-tdrive:/Media/TV/TV-Kids/Amphibia tdrive-shared:/ --progress --transfers 8 --checkers 8 --drive-server-side-across-configs

Seems like it isn’t working…
