From the official FAQ, all cloud storage systems support all rclone commands. Is this really the case? I found hard to believe thus the question. The QA answer could be considered ambiguous because it does not specify which version of Rclone or which specific cloud storage systems are being referred to. Also the statement "Yes they do" is not clear enough, it could be interpreted as all cloud storage systems support all the commands, or all rclone commands support all the cloud storage systems and it needs more context or details to be clear

Generally, the latest stable is the version in question as trying to articulate what version does what would be an insane list to keep and not worth it.
